Running a shop on a notebook and memory works until the day a best seller runs out or money sits in stock that never moves. This free inventory manager gives small shops and online sellers a proper stock dashboard with none of the usual cost or hassle: no sign-up, no monthly plan, and nothing to install. Add your products once, adjust stock as goods arrive, log each sale in seconds, and the tool keeps count for you, flagging low stock before it becomes a lost sale and showing exactly what your stock is worth at cost and at selling price.
Everything runs in your browser and your data is stored on your own device, never uploaded to a server, so your prices and sales figures stay private. It works in rupees by default, with dollars, euros and pounds available in the settings. New to it? Load the demo shop from the Settings and data tab to see a filled dashboard first, or pair this page with our AI Prompt Library for ready made WhatsApp messages and product descriptions, and browse all free tools in the Savozi collection.
Key features
- Live dashboard: total products, units on hand, stock value at cost, stock value at selling price, potential profit and a low stock count, updated the moment anything changes.
- Product catalog: name, SKU, cost price, selling price, stock level and a low stock alert level for every product, with search and filters for in stock, low stock and out of stock.
- Quick stock controls: one tap plus and minus buttons for daily adjustments, with every change recorded in your activity history.
- Sales log: record a sale with quantity, price and date. Stock falls automatically, and deleting an entry puts the stock back.
- Simple reports: revenue, units sold, average sale value, a 14 day sales chart and your top 5 products by units sold.
- Your data, portable: export products and sales as CSV, import a products CSV, and download a full JSON backup you can restore at any time.
- Private by design: no account, no uploads, no tracking of your business figures. Your records live in your browser on your device.
How it works
- Add your products in the Catalog tab with their cost price, selling price, opening stock and the level at which you want a low stock warning.
- Use the plus and minus buttons as stock arrives or leaves, so the count on screen always matches the shelf.
- Log each sale in the Sales tab. Stock is reduced for you, and the sale joins your revenue figures.
- Check the Overview each morning for low stock warnings and the Reports tab to see what is earning and what is sitting still.
Who it is for
Kirana and small retail shops that need a clear stock count without buying billing software. WhatsApp and Instagram sellers who take orders on the phone and pack from home. Home businesses and home bakers tracking ingredients, packaging and finished goods. Marketplace sellers who want one honest view of stock across everything they sell. If your business fits on one screen of products, this tool was built for you.
An honest note on limits
Because the tool is free and account free, your data lives in one browser on one device. It will not sync to your phone or your shop computer, and clearing your browser data can remove it, so download the JSON backup from the Settings and data tab regularly and keep a copy somewhere safe. It is a stock and sales tracker, not a full accounting package, so it does not raise GST invoices or file returns. For a small shop that wants control of its stock without a subscription, it covers the everyday jobs well.
